★ Please read the listing completely before making an inquiry ★ In our house there is a lovingly designed apartment in the basement, suitable for 3-4 people. We live on the outskirts of Hohenstein-Ernstthal in a small residential area. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The space ✔️ The apartment is allergy-friendly. Pets are not allowed due to the risk of allergies. It has a separate entrance to the house and consists of a living room, bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is open to the stairwell above. Only the individual rooms have a door. ✔️ Parking: There is space for one car on the property. A low-riding car is better parked outside – also free of charge. ✔️ Sleeping: In the bedroom there is a double bed, a wardrobe, and two windows. In the living room, there is a sofa bed (2 x 1.40 m). Bed linens are provided free of charge. A children's travel cot (without linens) is available. All rooms can be completely darkened with external blinds. ✔️ Kitchen: Located in the living room and equipped with a fridge, freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave with grill, coffee maker, toaster, kettle/egg cooker, 2 hotplates and all crockery. We also provide a small selection of tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. ✔️ Bathroom: Equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer and towels are provided. ✔️ Pool: Our guests are allowed to use it during the summer season. Since there is no safety barrier, non-swimmers use it at their own risk. ✔️ Wi-Fi: It is very good and free for our guests. ✔️ Privacy: Since our storage and utility room are also located in the basement, we need to go to these rooms from time to time during our guests' stays. We ask for your understanding in this regard. ✔️ Surroundings: In the village, there are the Karl May Museum and the Textile and Motorsport Museum. We have a movie theater, an indoor pool and good restaurants. In the immediate vicinity, there are two beautiful reservoirs – Oberwald and Rabenstein. In Rabenstein (15-minute drive), there is also a nice climbing forest. The amusement park Sonnenlandpark can be reached in 30 minutes. The Ore Mountains and Fichtelberg can be reached in about 1 hour by car. We are happy to give further recommendations on site. ✔️ We – my mom, my husband (@JPhoto_gp on IG), our son (a teenager) and I – live in the house and are often on-site as points of contact. We are a family of motorsports enthusiasts. We travel often and also frequently book through Airbnb. Our house with its large property has been around for 25 years. Everything is being modernized little by little, with a lot of work and love put into it. Cleanliness and tidiness matter to us. We want our guests to feel comfortable. However, we also expect respectful treatment of what we offer our guests. Guest access Our guests are allowed to use the garden and family pool.
