★ Please read the listing completely before making an inquiry ★ In our house there is a lovingly designed apartment in the basement, suitable for 3-4 people. We live on the outskirts of Hohenstein-Ernstthal in a small residential area. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The space ✔️ The apartment is allergy-friendly. No pets allowed due to the risk of allergies. It has a separate entrance to the house and consists of a living room, bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is open to the staircase upstairs. Only the individual rooms have a door. ✔️ Parking: The property has space for one car. A low car parks better outside - also free of charge. ✔️ Sleeping: In the bedroom there is a double bed, wardrobe and there are two windows. In the living room, there is a sofa bed (2 x 1.40 m). Bed linens are available free of charge. A children's travel bed (without bed linen) is available. All rooms can be completely darkened with external blinds. ✔️ Kitchen: Located in the living room and equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave with grill, coffee maker, toaster, kettle/egg cooker, 2 hotplates and all dishes. We also offer a small selection of tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil. ✔️ Bathroom: is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer and towels are provided. ✔️ Pool: Our guests are allowed to use it during the summer season. Since there is no security, non-swimmers use it at their own risk. ✔️ Wi-Fi: is very good and free for our guests. ✔️ Privacy: Since our storage and utility room are also located in the basement, we have to visit these rooms from time to time during our guests' stay. We ask for your understanding. ✔️ Surroundings: In the village is the Karl May Museum and the Textile and Racing Museum. We have a cinema, indoor pool and good restaurants. In the immediate vicinity there are two beautiful reservoirs - Oberwald and Rabenstein. In Rabenstein (15 min drive) there is also a beautiful climbing forest. The amusement park - Sonnenlandpark - can be reached in 30 minutes. The Ore Mountains and the Fichtelberg can be reached in about 1 hour by car. We are happy to give further recommendations on site. ✔️ We: my mom, my husband, our son (teenager) and I live in the house and are often on site as a contact person. We are a motorsport-loving family. We often travel and often book through Airbnb. Our house with a large plot has been around for 25 years. So little by little, everything is modernized, with a lot of work and love put into it. Cleanliness and order are very important to us. We want our guests to feel comfortable.
