Perfect for groups who value both community and solitude, the home offers a unique layout featuring three bedrooms and a spacious study with sofa that can be used as a separate sleeping space. Guests will love the "West Wing," which houses two completely isolated bedrooms, "Library" with reclining leather cot for one extra sleeping space, and a private bath, offering a quiet sanctuary away from the main living areas. When you aren't out exploring the high desert, the interior provides the perfect backdrop for family game nights or quiet afternoons lost in a good book. While the entire estate encompasses 10 expansive acres of beautiful Arizona landscape, guests enjoy exclusive access to their own 2.5-acre fenced private yard. On property are two guest houses, and a rv spot that are fully rented. We encourage you to stay in your own gated private yard, with separate entrance. There is a dog door for your dogs and, with pre-approval and separate fee, horses to roam. Spend your afternoons on the patio, swaying on the swings, or watching the kids (and the young at heart!) enjoy the treehouse and its classic tire swing. With easy pull-through access for trailers, arriving with your gear or animals is completely stress-free. Birds by Day, The Milky Way by Night. Nature takes center stage here. St. David is a bird-watcher's paradise; grab your binoculars and enjoy the vibrant local species that visit the property throughout the day. As the sun sets over the mountains, the real show begins. With minimal light pollution, our property offers a front-row seat to the cosmos. Lay back and watch the Milky Way stretch across the sky in a display of stars you simply can't find in the city. Guest access Apple and Google maps will drop you to the main gate. Simply continue driving down (West) on Patton to the main house. There is a carport (pictured) and separate man gate next to the white propane tank. Watch your footing. The home and ranch are historic, concrete and bricks are uneven. Other things to note This is an older home. Multi-level interior. Uneven brick paver exterior. Dark and clear nights give views of the Milky-Way. This is a rescue horse ranch in the deserts of Arizona. Our horses are unridable but love cookies! Be very aware, as in all of Arizona, poisonous snakes and toads, scorpions, birds of prey, vermin, tarantulas, bobcats, coyote, etc are present.
