Part of a large villa, a stone's throw from Fiumicino Airport and adjacent beach, with private access and garden and double indoor parking, porch, hot shower in the garden, laundry room, large living room with kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, large room with baby corner and/or extra bed, bedroom with large bed and study corner, full bathroom with shower - chromotherapy. All the accessories, utensils and appliances will give you comfort as at home . The space The most beautiful beach of the Roman coastline right in front of our spacious house not crowded, clean, full of services bars and small restaurants... calm and clean sea. Our apartment is so close you can hear the sound of water ! The house is new, clean , natural with the ceiling and wooden floor, and with the breeze that brings the scent of the sea into the house. In summer, the ideal solution x families with grandparents and children In the rest of the year, it is an excellent location for those who work in the airport area of Fiumicino or southern Rome and love comfortable and well-maintained spaces with great privacy and relaxation. Guest access The vacation is simple: the house has all the comforts including electric gate, parking and garden; the beach in front, free or establishment with pools; high quality convenience store, bar, pastry pizzeria, restaurants and pharmacy 100 meters away, bus stop for Rome and surroundings just a stone's throw away. Other things to note In summer, only weekly stays. The rest of the year, open duration: possible monthly rentals with offers to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with or without included services. Heating from October to April is independently managed and is paid separately by the meter. Upon arrival, you will have to pay local taxes of €4.50 per day for each person aged 10-70.
