With two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer, the private downstairs unit comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for a comfortable, convenient stay, featuring a new queen pillow-top mattress, nightstands with built-in charging stations, and built-in headboard lighting—perfect for reading or winding down at night. The upstairs residence, exterior staircase, and upper rear door are private and not included. Other things to note This Airbnb includes the entire downstairs unit of a duplex. The upstairs residence is separate, with no shared indoor spaces; however, occasional everyday noise may be heard. Guests may use the front entrance with steps and keypad access or the step-free rear entrance. Please do not use the exterior staircase or upper rear door, as these belong to the private residence.
