The ground floor comprises open plan living area, fully-equipped kitchen & dining area and a modern wet room complete with shower, WC and wash basin. The contemporary open-style staircase leads to an upper floor level, which features: one double bedroom: open-plan area housing the single bed, as well as a private balcony area with a stunning sea view. The Blue house also features a beautiful elevated terrace, also private to the Blue House guests, where you can sunbathe, watch the sunset with a glass of wine and enjoy the colours of the Ionian Sea! Guest access Externally, the villas are situated around a large impressive communal courtyard, a focal area with Al Fresco dining seating up to 12 people in comfort, as well as many private areas for those peaceful reflective moments during the morning, afternoon and evening times, where guests can take in the amazing views from these wonderful properties and enjoy the tranquillity that Ionian Colours offer our guests.
