Nice room in a characteristic housing complex. Located near city center. All 5 rooms: see profile The space This room is mainly intended for guests with a limited budget, who have to stay in Leeuwarden temporarily because of work or study. This room (and the 2nd guest room next to it) is located on the top floor of the house. Both rooms share the facilities in the house such as bathroom, toilet and kitchen Guest access Bathroom (same floor), kitchen and toilet (ground floor) Backyard (terrace) During your stay Owner/host lives in an adjacent home of the same housing complex. Other things to note Heating: In the room, there is an electric radiator or convector There is no heating in the shared areas. In winter, the room is only suitable for guests who go to school or work during the day, otherwise a surcharge for extra energy consumption (€0.35 per KwH) will be charged. The washing machine is not available to guests. There is a laundromat nearby (distance 850 meters). Bicycles can only be parked outside (street side). Fatbikes, scooters, etc. are not allowed on private property.
