Top floor apartment in quiet area for single person or couple. Family home in the compound. Hot water/electricity supply (backup generator and tank available). Generator will not provide 24hrs power if the national grid is off. If needed during the day it will be put on and will be shut down at midnight. Cleaner available at no extra cost, for cleaning the apartment and doing laundry by hand. Sea view. Other things to note There is a television and DSTV connection, but guests have to pay for subscription if required.
