Apartment with lake view near the Baltic Sea, with swimming lake

From the apartment you can get to the Baltic Sea by car and train in no time. The 75 m² apartment for 6 people on the 2nd floor of the old mill building has a beautiful oak plank floor and is high-quality and stylishly furnished. A large terrace with garden furniture and a grill are also part of the apartment. From the terrace there is a beautiful view over the mill pond, courtyard and garden. The space Living Area In the large living room there is a comfortable sofa area, which can be converted into a double bed. In the adjoining dining area there is a dining table with 6 chairs. On cooler days, a crackling fire in the fireplace provides coziness. The open kitchen is directly adjacent to the living area. Kitchen The modern kitchen is fully equipped - Stove with ceramic stovetop and oven - Fridge with freezer compartment - Dishwasher - Kettle, toaster, coffee maker Dishes are available for up to 6 people. Bedrooms The vintage-style bedroom has a large double bed and a wardrobe. 2nd bedroom The small second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and a wardrobe. Bedding is available Guest access The building complex consists of 3 buildings with 4 apartments. Our first apartment, the "Kleine Haus", is located in the house on the slope, there is also a small room for two people which can be booked in addition. On the opposite side in the old mill you will find our vacation apartments "Wiesenblick", "Seeblick" and "Speicherwohnung". The courtyard offers enough space to spend time with family or to travel with friends when booking several apartments. In the courtyard there is also a large covered terrace, a rustic seating area with an old millstone as a table, a fireplace and a natural sauna. Other things to note Bedding is available; please bring your own hand towels. Internet access via Wi-Fi is possible, but not always fast and stable. INFORMATION about the SAUNA: The sauna is located in a small house in the garden and is available for all guests to use. It is a simple natural sauna without electricity and electric light. It is operated with a Finnish wood-burning stove that must be heated independently with wood. Wood must be replenished approximately every 20-30 minutes and can be purchased on site. Candles are used for lighting (bring if necessary)
