It has 1 bedroom with everything you need for a relaxing break. The bedroom has a double bed, Smart TV, closet, sheets, iron, ironing board, and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a microwave, an induction stove, an extractor, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a blender, and all the necessary utensils for you to make your favorite meals. I'll welcome you with water and coffee. There is a nice dining room with 4 chairs. The living room is in the same space as the kitchen. The sofa is very comfortable for you to enjoy a good rest and enjoy your hobbies. From there, you can watch the Smart TV. You just have to turn it from the bedroom. You can also enjoy it as a bed. It really is very comfortable. The bathroom next to the bedroom is fully equipped. Outside there is a washing machine and a clothesline. There is also ample parking inside the property. Guest access Access to the apartment is through the parking lot entrance, on the right side of the front of the house. There are 2 apartments on the property. This is number 1. To one side of the parking lot door are the electricity meters. There will be a lockbox for the apartment key and the exterior door key. The code to open it will be provided when the reservation is confirmed. Other things to note The cleaning fee is required to cover part of the cost of cleaning the basic areas of the premises. We ask our guests to keep the apartment clean and tidy. If necessary, we can offer an extra fee for a thorough cleaning of the apartment at the guest's expense. We can provide an invoice, if you require it.
