Our apartment is on the ground floor and is located in the Urdesa Central citadel in front of the exclusive and privileged Tamayo Clinic of Guayaquil. We are in a commercial area near restaurants ,banks,pharmacies,bakeries,coffee shops,supermarkets,laundries,hospitals,gyms, shops,bookstores, hairdressers. Our guests have a separate entrance. The apartment is fully equipped making their stay pleasant and quiet, central for their business or leisure meetings. We have cable TV, internet, WiFi, hot water, air conditioning in all environments. Much privacy is a very quiet and central location to everything around the corner from the condominium you have a hairdresser and a shop for your daily consumption that will not be expensive for you just 3 minutes away. In addition to moving to any point of tourist interest from the apartment is very easy and cheap. There are several transport systems to move to and from our location.
