Two Docks: Cast a line or sit back on either the standard dock or the floating dock out on the water. Upper Deck: Fully furnished with comfortable outdoor seating—the ultimate spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets over the pond. Pet-Friendly: We welcome your furry family members! Please note the yard around the pond is not fenced, so pets should be monitored near the water. Indoors & Sleeping Freshly Renovated: Just completed renovations with clean, modern finishes and cozy cabin accents. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Full Bed Kitchen & Living: A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook meals, plus a cozy living room featuring a Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer available for guest use. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire 3-bedroom home, upper deck, yard, standard dock, and floating dock. Self Check-in: Check-in is completely seamless via a smart lock keypad on the front door. You will receive your personalized entry code prior to arrival. Property Access & Parking: Parking: There is ample free parking in the gravel driveway directly in front of the house. Please keep vehicles on the gravel and avoid driving or parking on the grass near the pond edge. Bathroom Accessibility Notice: Due to the home's original structural layout, the doorway frame entering the single bathroom is narrow. Please note that the home is unfortunately not handicap accessible or suitable for wheelchairs or mobility walkers. Pond Access: The banks, docks, and pond are private for your use during your stay. Please note that the grounds surrounding the pond are not fenced, and children and pets should be monitored near the water at all times.
