Timberland Cottage Escape to the quiet serenity and natural surroundings of the Timberland Cottage. A brand new 1800 sq ft space on a gorgeous 47-acre estate in Claxton. Georgia. The pristine cottage is furnished for comfort with a contemporary aesthetic. There is a 5 acre pond just steps from the front door. The owner lives in the main house on the property and built the cottage for family, friends, and short-term vacation renters. There is ample parking for up to 3 vehicles. The space Enter through the front door into the great room where there’s a 55” new TV. Two comfortable chairs & couch that overlook the woods & pond. Plus the dining area with a table for 4-6 with a leaf. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove/oven, refrigerator with ice maker & microwave. The next room is a laundry/ full bath with a shower. Down the wide hallway are the bedrooms. A master queen with en-suite full bath/shower. Large tv. The room across the hall is also a queen bedroom. Both rooms have memory foam mattresses. At the end of the hall is the “bunk room”. Two sets of bunk beds for kids with a dvd tv for movies. One level living in 1800 sq ft. Guest access You have use of the entire cottage. There’s 3 doors for entrance/exit. A 5 acre pond with bass, bluegill, turtles, ducks & geese are right outside the front door. A deer feeder goes off early morning & evening with ample numbers of deer to watch. There is a swimming pool for limited use with a hot tub. It’s remote controlled so you have to discuss with the owner for timing. We have a golf cart to explore the property if requested.
