Sandbanks & PEC wineries are an easy day trip. The space Rose Glen is a two-level riverfront house located along the Trent in Quinte West. The main floor includes a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a large island suitable for shared meals, and additional dining options at a table in the living room or in the sunroom. The sunroom offers a bright, relaxing space with views of the surrounding landscape. A full bathroom is also located on the main floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. Bedroom’s are fitted with new Douglas mattress for your added comfort. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom is located near the loft. The loft includes a skylight and serves as a bright, relaxed second living space. Laundry area is available for guest use. Outdoors, the backyard provides direct access to the Trent River and space to enjoy the waterfront setting. 🛏 Sleeping Arrangements - Primary Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen bed with ensuite bathroom - Second Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen bed - Loft: Daybed, suitable for one guest or a child Comfortable bedding and fresh linens are provided for all sleeping spaces. The backyard and outdoor seating areas are for guest enjoyment and provide direct access to the Trent River. Basement is not accessible to guests. Convenience store located approximately 2-4 minute walk for any last minute items or needs. * The dock is seasonal and available during the warmer months.
