Air cooling keeps the temperature suitably cool even on warm summer days. Get a good night's sleep in a king-size double bed. Sofa bed spread out 140cm. Plus a spare bed for one. The kitchen has a ceramic stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes for six, two pots, a frying pan, two bowls, basic cooking utensils, salt, pepper, and dishwashing utensils. In the backyard, you'll have access to an atmospheric fire pit year-round. The sheltered terrace also has a jacuzzi, which can be rented. It offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy northern nature, urban tourism, culture and the Finnish way of life. The house is located at the far end of an urban area and borders the woods behind. Our love of the garden makes the stay and the milieu welcoming. In the winter, the immediate vicinity of the house leaves a comprehensive city-lit ski network of Oulu, so it's a good idea to pack your skis.  Ski equipment can be borrowed from the City of Oulu if needed. You can also try the sledding hill nearby! There are two sleds for your use. For example, you can briskly explore Kaakkuri's outdoor land, which is 2.5 km away. There you will find outdoor opportunities for every departure: There is a fitness park, fitness stairs, fitness and mountain biking trails, as well as roller skating and miniature car tracks and more. You can also easily take a forest tour or bike to swim to the beach 2.5 km away. The city center's services are conveniently within 10 kilometers of good local transportation. The access route leads to the front door on the terrace. The door works with a code lock. You can park your car for free in the canopy in the yard. There is no separate charging plug for the electric car, but you can inquire about traditional charging. The price is based on the current price of electricity on the stock exchange.
