HACIENDA TEPICH Living for a few days in an 18th century hacienda is possible! Enjoy an intimate space, reserved for you, where you can get to know and feel part of the history of Yucatan. HACIENDA TEPICH is located just 25 minutes from the city of Merida, so you can enjoy both worlds. It is fully restored, but in every part of its architecture it retains the colonial essence full of history, which will transport you to another era. Recharge your energy. The space Hacienda Tepich is located in the town of Tepich de Carrillo, in the municipality of Acanceh, just 30 minutes from downtown, 35 minutes from Merida International Airport and 49 minutes to the port of Progreso. Its location is excellent for enjoying all the tourist and historical attractions that the state of Yucatan has for you. The space retains its original structure, that is, all the rooms are connected through an exterior corridor, thus giving each of the rooms great natural lighting and ventilation. In total, there are 7 rooms, each with AIR CONDITIONING, CEILING FAN, SMART TV AND PRIVATE BATHROOM. Five of the rooms have 1 king size bed and two of them have 2 queen size beds. Enjoy the spacious fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove with oven, large refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and all the necessary cooking utensils. The hacienda has 8 full bathrooms and 2 powder rooms for the outdoor area, dining room, living room, TV and entertainment room, outdoor terrace with pool, hammock area and various outdoor environments. IMPORTANT: We have 2 additional rooms, at an extra cost. Bedroom 8 KING size bed, rate $2,000 pesos per night. Maximum capacity 2 people Bedroom 9, with 2 double beds, rate $2,500 pesos per night. Maximum capacity: four people. These 2 rooms share a bathroom in the center of both. With a total of 9 rooms, the maximum capacity of the Hacienda is 24 guests. There are rooms used for storage, which are limited to staff use. Other things to note The stay includes daily cleaning (cleaning of outdoor areas, garden maintenance, pool, and support for whatever guests need). The support staff live on the premises of the hacienda, totally independent of the main structure, providing the necessary service but giving privacy to the guests.
