Set in the heart of the Weald countryside, this beautifully designed two-level luxury suite offers a peaceful escape for couples. Within a family home but with your own private entrance and staircase (no shared areas). The suite features a spacious bedroom with elegant four-poster bed, seating area and TV, a luxury en-suite with sunken two-person jacuzzi bath, and a private balcony overlooking rural views. Perfect for a relaxing retreat. No kitchen or cooking facilities - 2 great local pubs. The space The Brock Suite is accessed via its own private entrance and staircase, so the suite is completely self-contained with no shared guest areas, allowing you to relax in total privacy throughout your stay. Thoughtfully laid out over two levels, the accommodation feels spacious and refined, with elegant finishes and a calm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The main bedroom spans an impressive 25 feet and has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. At its centre is an elegant four-poster bed. A comfortable sofa and seating area provides space to unwind, read, or enjoy a quiet evening in, while the television offers entertainment should you wish to stay in and relax. The highlight of the suite is the luxury en-suite spa bathroom, created as a place to truly slow down. The bathroom features a sunken two-person jacuzzi bath, perfect for long, relaxing soaks, along with a spacious shower and double basins. Soft lighting and high-quality fittings enhance the spa-like feel, making this space ideal for romantic evenings or unhurried mornings. Step outside onto your private balcony and take in the tranquil rural surroundings. With open countryside views and birdsong in the background, it’s an ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply a moment of calm while watching the light change over the landscape. Please note that the suite is within a family home and is not self-catering- it does not include kitchen facilities. However, the charming village of Mayfield is close by and offers two welcoming pubs, along with local shops and amenities. The surrounding area is perfect for scenic walks, with countryside trails and footpaths easily accessible from the doorstep, making it an excellent base for exploring the Weald on foot. Whether you are celebrating a special occasion, planning a romantic weekend, or simply looking for a peaceful countryside escape, this private luxury suite offers a refined and memorable stay in a beautiful rural setting. Please note: a car is essential for getting around and making the most of your stay. Mayfield is one and half miles away and is a pretty and bustling ancient village with coffee shop, delicatessen, wine shop, clothes shops, gift shops, convenience store (open until 10 pm) and a magnificent medieval pub 'The Middle House'. Guest access Although located within a family home, the suite is completely private with separate access and no shared guest spaces. Enter through the front door, go up the stairs, your room and en-suite are straight ahead. No access to the rest of the house where our family live (so some doors will be locked! ). No kitchen access. Shared access with our family to the front garden/lawn/parking area. Miles of public footpaths accessible from the garden gate. Other things to note Our family live in the other wing of the house but we have our own entrance and staircase, so you won’t bump into us during your stay! Please note, this is a truly rural retreat – the nearest public road is half a mile away, making it an ideal escape for those seeking peace, quiet, and natural surroundings. Access is via our unlit private driveway, flanked by woodland on both sides, adding to the secluded feel. If you’re planning to walk to the local pub, be aware that it involves a half-mile walk through the woods, followed by another half-mile along a quiet country road without a pavement. It’s a lovely walk in daylight, but we don’t recommend it after dark unless you’re confident and well-prepared! Suite not suitable for guests with limited mobility due to steep stairs up to bathroom. The drive has speed bumps- not suitable for low sports cars. If you require non feather pillows / duvet just ask!
