Silver Saddle Icehouse and Bob's are right next door making this the perfect location for guests who want to be in the center of the action! The space Located inside a beautifully restored two-story carriage house just behind Rockers Roost studio and loft, this unique retreat offers the perfect home base for couples, weekend getaways, concert-goers, wedding guests, and anyone wanting to experience downtown Granbury on foot. Step outside and you're seconds away from award-winning restaurants, wine bars, boutiques, festivals, parades, and live entertainment. Inside you'll find thoughtfully designed spaces with upscale furnishings, modern conveniences, and plenty of room to relax between adventures. One important note—we believe in setting the right expectations. Silver Saddle Icehouse is located immediately next door and hosts live music on many weekends and occasionally during the week. You'll absolutely hear the music from the loft. Performances end in accordance with Granbury's noise ordinance (11:00 PM on weekends and 10:00 PM on weekdays). If you're looking for a peaceful country retreat, this probably isn't the right fit. If you love walking to everything, soaking in the downtown atmosphere, and enjoying Granbury's nightlife, you'll feel right at home.
