A big, flat-screen TV for when you've done exploring or working, there's a dining table for two and space to work if you're here on business. The space Around here there's something for everyone! We're conveniently located just 4 miles from Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon, 7 miles from Royal Leamington Spa and 8 miles from historic Warwick and its famous castle. More modern amenities, such as a supermarket, are just a 5-minute walk away and the Post Office a short drive. We pride ourselves on making our place feel like your place, with comfort in mind. Rumour has it you won't want to get out of bed in the morning because it's so comfortable and the living room has all you need to work, rest and enjoy your stay. Radiators to keep you warm in winter and an oscillating fan to keep you cool in summer; we want you to be just right. The kitchen has everything you would expect; kettle, toaster, washing machine, full-sized fridge, and cutlery and crockery. It also has everything you could need to make your own meals, with a four-element glass ceramic hob, and a full-sized oven with grill if you fancy an oven-cooked meal.
