Town and Country Self-catering Accommodation

Town and Country self-catering accommodation, Caledon, Western Cape. Situated in town, but with a definite country atmosphere. Our self-contained, self-catering apartment forms part of the main house on the property, but has separate front and back entrances and a private section of the garden reserved exclusively for use by our guests. The apartment also has its own deck with a lovely view of the garden and animals. There is also access to the swimming pool in the garden. The space The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms that can sleep up to 4 persons - (main bedroom with a queen bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds - both rooms have air-conditioning); a large, full bathroom; a living area with large, flat-screen TV with full DSTV and free Wi-Fi; a fully equipped kitchen; and a private deck that has a braai area and has lovely views of the garden and surrounding countryside. There is also access to the swimming pool in the garden. Off-street parking is also available for vehicles. The apartment is rented out as a whole unit, regardless of the number of guests - so whether you book it for a single person or a group of 4, the whole apartment is reserved for their sole use for the duration of their stay. The apartment is also equipped with a gas stove and oven, a stove-top kettle, rechargeable lights in the living area and bathroom, an emergency LED lantern and mini ups to power the WiFi for use in case of loadshedding. All outdoor lights are solar powered and function automatically. Guest access Access to swimming pool & outdoor braai in large garden which functions as a sanctuary for a variety of rescued animals. We have sheep, a Potbelly pig, rabbits, chickens, tortoises, dogs & cats, as well as an abundance of bird life. Please note that guests have a private area of the garden reserved for their use. The animals do not have access to this area or to the living space, and will therefor not bother guests, who may choose if and when they wish to interact with the animals.
