Welcome to Oasis Retreat, a freshly remodeled 1-bedroom getaway in Iola, WI! Relax in a king bed, spacious living room with a pull-out sectional, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a retro-style kitchenette. The backyard borders the famous Iola Car Show grounds, offering a unique location year-round. Perfect for couples, small families, and weekend escapes. There is a one-car garage that can fit vehicles 18' or less. The space Freshly remodeled and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay, Oasis Retreat is a private one-bedroom home with a king bed, spacious living room, pull-out sectional and 1 full bathroom plus 3 half bathrooms. The retro-inspired kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot plate, sink, dishes and basic cookware. Please note there is no full-size stove/oven, dishwasher, washer or dryer. The home also features high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and a large outdoor deck overlooking the neighboring Iola Car Show grounds. Guest access Guests have private access to the Oasis Retreat during their stay, including the home, outdoor deck and designated garage space. The garage accommodates vehicles up to approximately 18 feet long. A garage door opener is provided inside the home. Entry is easy and contactless using a personalized four-digit keypad code that remains active throughout your stay. Please note that there are steps at the garage entrance, front entrance and outdoor deck entrance. Other things to note Oasis Retreat is located directly adjacent to the Iola Car Show grounds. Guests are welcome to walk and explore the grounds at their leisure during their stay—a unique perk of staying at the Oasis! Please keep in mind that the grounds are an actively maintained property year-round. You may occasionally see staff or maintenance vehicles traveling through the Car Show grounds during your stay. This activity takes place away from the house and typically does not create any noticeable noise or disturbance, but we like our guests to know what to expect. The kitchenette is designed for simple meal preparation and does not have a stove/oven, dishwasher, washer or dryer. The home also has several steps and may not be suitable for guests requiring step-free access. The property is smoke-free and pet-free, with quiet hours from 10 PM–8 AM. Registered guests only; parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
