The space Whether you’re looking for a quiet escape to enjoy abundant trees of nature and animals, exploring dirt roads for scenery, making campfire s'mores or just simply peace & quiet with room to roam, these private wooded 10-acres provides a laid-back unique Florida experience. Live Oak is a small historic city that was named after a large, shady "Live Oak Tree" where early railroad workers used to rest in the 1860s when simple living was the best living so here you’ll have the best of both worlds—seclusion while still being within convenient reach of local concerts and festivals, attractions, multiple springs, underwater caves, outdoor recreation of tubing-kayaking-canoeing, lots of restaurants, shopping, & SO much more while still getting away from the hustle & bustle of every day living! Guest access There's a total of 10 acres that is able to be used at your own risk with abide rules. As you pull into the property from 160th Terrace, you will drive down the driveway/cleared path between woods to see the Airbnb on the right. You'll also see a trailer to the left of the property that is unoccupied a the moment.
