The property is accessed through the spectacular belltower that stands alongside the drive and beautiful topiary garden of the main house. Enjoy a restful sleep in the double bedroom and refresh in the modern bathroom suite with a walk-in shower. Relax in the cosy living room with a large TV and comfy sofa or cook in the fully equipped kitchen and dine in style. Step outside to enjoy the morning sun on the completely private outdoor terrace or an evening drink under the belltower itself. Private free parking and all the home comforts you need, our annex is perfect for a peaceful and stylish getaway. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the Belltower Cottage as this is an entire unit rental. Additionally, they are more than welcome to explore the beautiful gardens which includes several trails that start at the main house and work their way down to the River Avon. Finally, there is a delightful summer house on the riverside which guests can make use of, but this is available on a request only basis as it's shared with the occupants of the main house. Other things to note The Cottage is very quiet and secluded but less than a mile from a garden centre with grocery outlet and less than two miles to local village pub; the historic town of Stratford upon Avon which has an abundance of tourist attractions and fantastic restaurants is only a 5-10 min drive, Warwick 15 mins. For those that wish to stay in, the property comes with a BBQ, and a variety of different books and DVD’s.
