With plenty of room to spread out, guests can enjoy multiple gathering spaces while still having private spaces to relax and unwind. The home features a private theater room with a large movie screen and a game room with ping pong, board games, and a comfortable seating area for hanging out together. One of the home's most unique features is its beautiful spiral staircase, which adds plenty of character to the space. You'll also find comfortable living and dining areas for gathering, along with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals throughout your stay. Outside, there is ample parking for multiple vehicles, as well as plenty of space for trailers. Located in the heart of Kimberly, Idaho, The Birch Estate makes a convenient home base with easy access to Twin Falls, dining, shopping, waterfalls, and some of Southern Idaho's best attractions. A/C units are located on the main level near the kitchen and in two of the upstairs bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with tower fans for additional airflow and comfort.
