Once you enter the house there is one step that leads down into the den area. From the den there are three steps up that lead to the main living area which includes the kitchen, living room, all bedrooms, both bathrooms, and the laundry room. Welcome kit with bottled water, K-Cups, snacks, and condiments, dish washing tabs, dish soap, laundry powder, hand soaps, face and body soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Commercial grade bedding, linens, and towels. Netflix on a 50" and 32" tv in the living room and den, and high speed internet service (300/300) via Wifi. Fully furnished kitchen with settings for 6 and a Keurig classic, laundry, hair dryers, iron and ironing board. Ceiling fans in master and one guest bedroom and portable fan for the extra hot natured. Two couches in living room and another in the den which also has a built in desk for working. Oh, and a large tile shower just off the master bedroom! Perfect house for a weekend or a long term stay for work or visiting the hospital. Access to all of house except storage room off of garage and owner's closet in house. I am available by text or phone during the hours of 7am-8pm. You will be sent a "special offer" to account for the additional costs. ***Additional guests are $30 per guest per night and will be verified upon check-in.*** For ex: The cost of 1 additional guest (7 in total) staying for 2 nights is $60. The cost of 3 additional guests (9 in total) staying for 2 nights is $180. Any booking exceeding the guest limit without approval will be asked to leave without a refund. Kitchen has settings (plates, bowls, glasses, silverware) for 6 guests. We have a strict NO SMOKING/VAPING policy and NO PETS are allowed. NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN This house is listed as not suitable for children/infants due to the fact there are NO child proofing measures in place such as outlet covers, cabinet locks, furniture bumpers, etc. Also, the furniture, decor, and tv’s are not secured in a manner that is suitable for infants/children.
