Prime location!! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located single home. The fenced in back yard provides added safety for your small children or furry pets. Walk to all of the downtown shops, bars & restaurants. The city park, pool, splash pad & 4-H grounds are less than a mile, a very easy walk on the beautiful trail. Drive 20 miles or less to Ruoff Music Center, Grand Park or downtown Kokomo. Tipton is close to many things in any direction. The space Our house offers a spacious kitchen with plenty of seating. Basic cookware & utensils available for use. Washer & dryer available for use. Updated bathroom w/shower-tub. One bedroom has a king bed & one with a queen. We do allow you to bring in your own air mattresses. There is also an infant/toddler pack-n-play available & a stroller in the garage for your use. Guest access Guests are have full access to the house. We live 2 miles away if there are any issues, we are available.
