With plenty of space to relax, gather, and enjoy everything Kewaunee has to offer, this home is perfect for families, friends, and groups! The space Bedroom 1: Second level. King bed. Bedroom 2: Second level. Queen bed. Bedroom 3: Second level. Twin-over-full bunk bed. Bedroom 4: Second level. 2 Twin beds. Full Bathroom 1 (Main Level): Full bathroom with a bathtub. Full Bathroom 2 (Second level): Full bathroom with a bathtub. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryers are also available. Beach towels are also included during your stay. Smart TV's, white noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom. All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services! Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and dishes. The dining area seats 8, with an additional 2 seats in the kitchen. Starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided! Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A drip coffee maker and Keurig are available, and we provide a starter set of k-cups, ground coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, and stevia. Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located on the main level. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available. $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home (other than locked closet), and outdoor spaces. Other things to note The gas grill is located in the backyard and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the basement. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning. Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years or older. Children and other guests are welcome when accompanied by the eligible booking guest.
