This is the ideal space for group and business travelers looking for a comfortable space to sleep and collaborate while still being just a quick Uber or Lyft to the Convention Center and Downtown. The space *Please note, There are 2 houses on this property. This listing is for the front house (1 house) only. The back house (other house) is rented separately to other groups of Guests. The back house is not included in this rental. The pool and space in between the houses is available to all Guests in both spaces. There may be interaction with other Guests outside of your private space. We ask all of our Guests to be kind and courteous to all while staying at our Property. And move inside after dark. Ask us about renting out both properties. 3 Bedrooms - 2 Bathrooms Bedroom 1: 2 queen beds, en suite bathroom Bathroom 1: walk-in shower, en suite to Bedroom 1 Bedroom 2: 1 king bed Bedroom 3: queen over queen bunk bed, twin bed Bathroom 2: hall entry, tub/shower Living room: large sectional, 3 chairs and a large TV. Smart TV with Roku. No cable TV. Kitchen: stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dinnerware. Parking: 3 parking spots total. 1 parking spot on property. Our street requires residential permit parking. We have hangtags for 2 vehicles to park on the street in front of the house during the stay. We ask that our guests bring no more than 3 cars unless authorized by Host in advance. Amenities -Soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. -Closet space and/or hanging space is available in most bedrooms. -Energy efficient central HVAC with touch screen controls. -High speed WIFI. -Fresh towels. -Coffee. -On-site laundry with detergent and softener available. -Iron and ironing board. -Hair dryer. -Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies. Furnishings and amenities will be as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the owner will restock as soon as possible. Items in description/pictures are not guaranteed. Other things to note **Please note all persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. This includes any visitors. The price will be automatically calculated when you book, based on the number of guests you enter. After three guests, the rent increases by $41+ tax per person per night for each night of the entire reservation. Occupancy cannot be broken down into individual night charges. The property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced.**
