Located inside a downtown building that’s home to just two private guest suites, 24 North Studio Suite is a boutique retreat designed with modern industrial style and everyday comfort in mind. While the building’s exterior is simple , step inside and you’ll discover a space that’s been thoughtfully designed to feel warm, inviting, and unexpectedly luxurious. This open-concept studio features a comfortable king bed, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day of work or exploring. Rich wood tones, black accents, soft lighting, and carefully selected furnishings create a welcoming ambiance that blends industrial character with modern comfort. Cozy up by the electric fireplace, listen to your favorite album on the record player, or simply enjoy a space designed to help you feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and everything you need to prepare meals, while the dining area doubles as a comfortable workspace. The spa-inspired bathroom offers illuminated mirrors, premium finishes, and a spacious vanity to make getting ready effortless. Located in the downtown Springfield, you’ll be within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, while enjoying the privacy of your own thoughtfully designed retreat. Guest access You’ll have private access to the entire Studio Suite during your stay. The Studio Suite is one of only two vacation rental suites located within this downtown building. The Second Story Suite is located upstairs. Each suite has its own private entrance, reserved parking, and separate amenities, allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable and private stay. Other things to note 24 North Studio Suite was designed by two sisters with the goal of creating a space that feels welcoming, comfortable, and unlike a typical hotel room. From the lighting and finishes to the carefully chosen amenities, we hope you’ll notice the little details that make this suite feel special. The Studio Suite is one of two private guest suites located within the building. It offers complete privacy with its own private entrance, while the Second Story Suite is a separate Airbnb located upstairs. Conveniently located in downtown Springfield, you may occasionally hear normal daytime activity or light street noise. We’ve worked hard to minimize sound between our two suites, and the solid concrete construction does an excellent job of keeping voices, music and everyday household noise from carrying between them. Occasional footsteps or heavier movement from the suite above may still be heard. The suite features self check-in and includes one reserved parking space on the south side of the building.
