Welcome to Spencer Hill Ranch 🌿 Family getaway on 450 acres of East Texas countryside. Once a classic barn, now a comfortable home for relaxing and reconnecting. Enjoy 6 private ponds for fishing and exploring, and trails for 4-wheelers, side-by-sides, dirt bikes and golf carts. Future hunting opportunities are planned as we add feeders. Guided horse rides are available to be booked as well! Perfect for family escapes, outdoor adventure, fishing, and unplugging to make lasting memories. The space Spencer Hill ranch has 2 bedrooms- one with a queen size bed and the other one with a double bed and a bunk bed! 6 ponds, 450 acres, you'll definitely get the real feel of being in the country and seeing the stars at night!! Please note that there is no dishwasher so you may want to bring paper plates and plastic utensils ☺️ Guest access Full use of private hot tub, all ponds, and all acreage. If you have toys ( 4 wheeler, side by side, dirt bike) or if you're having horse lessons or trail riding, or hunting, a waiver must be signed before you ride! Other things to note There will be a fee of $100 if more than 10 people accompany the Airbnb during the day or if there is a birthday party that will be paid separately. Prior to stay may be required if not established 5-star guest on Airbnb: To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID and confirm your contact information. We have a pool service company that comes every Thursday around 4pm. If you book and it falls on a Thursday, please keep that in mind! ☺️
