Keep an eye on the shoreline, where majestic blue herons are frequent visitors and bald eagles are seen daily soaring overhead. Inside, every space has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. The spacious living room features a cozy oversized sofa, Smart TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony, bringing the beauty of the lake indoors. The dining area comfortably seats four and offers picturesque waterfront views, making every meal feel special. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, double oven, coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, and everyday cooking essentials. The luxurious master suite which takes up the entirety of the first floor, is your private retreat featuring a plush king-size bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, dresser, attached half bath, and sliding glass doors that lead directly onto the lower deck just steps from the water. On the second floor, you’ll discover one of Blue Heron Cove’s most unique features—a beautiful cabin-inspired bedroom with warm wood finishes, a comfortable queen bed, dresser, and closet, creating the perfect cozy feel. The full bathroom features a hidden sliding door that reveals the shower, adding a fun and unique design element. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and other essentials are provided for your convenience. A staircase leads to the lower deck, with a tiki bar complete with swing chairs, extra seating, beautiful lake views, and just a short walk from the water. Guests may use the yard that is directly behind the unit up to the water which includes a covered boat dock. We would ask that you would please be respectful of our neighbors and their yards as these are their permanent homes. Spend your days fishing, watching boats cruise by, or simply relaxing beside the peaceful cove that opens directly into Springfield Lake. PLEASE USE WATERWAYS AT YOUR OWN RISK. During the warmer months, you’ll enjoy one of the area’s hidden gems—free Friday evening concerts across the lake. Relax on the balcony as live music carries across the water, creating an unforgettable atmosphere without ever leaving the property. A nearby private airport also hosts exciting air shows several times during the warmer months which fly directly over our home and lake. You will most likely see the Goodyear blimp fly over at least once a day if the weather allows. Blue Heron Cove is perfectly located near many of Northeast Ohio’s top attractions, including Derby Downs, the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Wingfoot Lake State Park, Hartville Marketplace, Downtown Akron, Akron-Canton Airport, Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Cleveland etc. Many food/drink options including Starbucks, Chipotle, and much more are just a short 4 minute drive. 3 gas stations conveniently located within 5 minutes. Somebody will stop by Sunday evening to take the trash cans to the road. -The first floor features the master bedroom with 1/2 bath. The second floor features the second bedroom , full bath, and all other main living spaces. -Our home is NOT handicap accessible, & has stairs inside and out. Guest access Guests are welcome to use everything in the home except the garage. This is a 2 unit townhouse therefore both driveways are connected. Guests may park on their side of the driveway in front of the garage as well as on the gravel in front of the house. There is space for 4 vehicles. Guests may use backyard area that is directly behind the unit. Half of the dock belongs to the neighbor as it is behind their unit. Guests are not permitted to use neighbors fire pit.
