Nestled in a safe neighborhood and just steps away from shops, restaurants, and transportation, it is truly one of the best locations in the East Bay! The space This in-law unit is fully equipped for your vacation or business travel needs. The suite boasts an extremely comfortable queen-size bed. It is clean, bright, freshly painted, and tastefully furnished with ample closet space, fresh linens, and lots of fluffy towels. We have blazing fast WiFi speeds. We've recently added Amazon FireStick TV so you can watch your favorites from Netflix and a wide variety of other programing & music. You have a refrigerator, microwave, CrockPot Express cooker, toaster oven, coffee maker, and other "kitchenette" accessories for light snacks/beverages and basic meal preparation. ACCESSIBILITY NOTE: There are just 2 outdoor front steps. Once inside, there are no stairs to manage. Guest access In addition to your studio unit, there is an outdoor seating area under the lemon tree reserved just for studio guests. You will also have a relaxing view of the apple tree and side yard from your window. Other things to note Quiet hours 10pm-7am. Two fluffy cats--Mr. Snugglesworth and Ms. Meowgi--live on the property. They are never allowed in the studio. However, they are friendly and will likely meet you at some point in your stay. They're often lounging in the backyard or out near the front sidewalk greeting passerbys.
