This charming house has so much to offer with just a short walk to bay, beach access, fishing pier, bait shop & is located in a quaint little neighborhood with a seafood restaurant (JP Wharfs restaurant) across the street with options to purchase fresh crabs that are brought in daily. Kayak rentals are also available on the premise. -10 minutes to DE Turf Sports Complex- -30 minutes to Public DE Beaches The space Sleeps 5, Near Bowers Beach, DE Turf, Speedway, Dover Airforce Base, New Listing! First Floor: The first floor consists of a full kitchen and dining area, a living room with a couch and loveseat and a large TV and selection of toys and games for kids to play! There is a full bathroom and bedroom with a queen size bed and tv also. We offer a laundry area with a new washer and dryer. Step outside on the wrap around deck and you will find a patio set, 2 swivel chairs where you can enjoy coffee and watch the boats. Second Floor: The upstairs consists of a full bathroom and storage closet with a queen bed and a single bed as well. There is a pac n play for use. If you step out the back deck you will be able to enjoy beautiful views of the bay. We offer a comlimentary sunscreen made from the host for each booking! Below there is a concreted area where you will be able to host meals, play games or relax on the outdoor set. We offer beach chairs, a beach umberella, beach toys, water tubes and bikes.
