While you'll enjoy beautiful country views and frequent wildlife sightings, you may occasionally hear normal farm activity or encounter tractors and other equipment. Wildlife Deer are commonly seen throughout the property, especially in the mornings and evenings. Please enjoy them from a respectful distance and do not feed wildlife. Furnace Creek Furnace Creek runs through the property and eventually feeds into Lake Marburg. Children should always be supervised near the water. Stairs Although there is a first-floor bedroom and full bathroom, the remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. Fire Pit Please use the fire pit responsibly and fully extinguish all fires before leaving the area. Climate Control Each bedroom has its own mini-split heating and cooling unit so guests can adjust temperatures to their personal comfort. Rural Location This is a quiet country property. Cell service may vary depending on your carrier. Security Deposit and Rental Agreement To protect both our guests and property, all reservations require a signed Rental Agreement and a refundable security deposit authorization prior to arrival. Exterior Security Cameras (Airbnb/VRBO Disclosure) For the safety of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed and record video and audio. Cameras monitor: Front entry door Rear entry door Driveway and parking areas The cameras are used only for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas. House Rules No parties or events. Registered guests only. Quiet hours: **10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.** No smoking or vaping inside the home. Please respect the farm, neighboring properties, and wildlife. Children should be supervised near Furnace Creek and the fire pit. Do not feed or approach farm animals or wildlife unless specifically instructed. Please leave the property as you found it. **A signed Rental Agreement and a refundable security deposit authorization are required before check-in instructions are provided. The security deposit is released after checkout if no damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found.
