The space This Property is an apartment on the second level of a 2 story, 4 unit apartment building. There is 1 coin operated laundry room by the entrance of the building that is shared among the 4 apartments. This building is in a complex with other apartment buildings, and a large central shared yard that all guests are welcome to use. Guest access Guests have full access to all parts of their private apartment by way of a code on the door. Enjoy use of the balcony, the shared laundry room just inside the building entrance, and the large outdoor yards shared with other tenants. Guests may also make use of the charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal) and picnic table in the yard if it is available. Other things to note We want to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, so here are a few things to be aware of: 1. This is a 4-unit apartment building, so you may hear some noise from other tenants from time to time. However, we've taken steps to minimize noise and ensure that your stay is as peaceful as possible. Your apartment is on level 2 above a flight of stairs 2. Laundry facilities are coin-operated and shared with other tenants. We provide some laundry detergent in your apartment linen closet. 3. We provide two private, labeled parking spots directly in front of the building. Please make sure to park only in these spots and not in the neighboring spots. If you need to park more than two vehicles, reach out. There are some extra spots by the entrance to the apartment complex 4. There is a mini split in the Living room for AC and heat. We have supplementary baseboard heaters for the colder parts of winter, and we provide fans to move air into the bedrooms in the summer, but it is not central AC 5. We provide YoutubeTV for live TV and show recording. You are welcome to sign into your own streaming services. Because this is a FireTV it will not be possible to sign into your prime video account. You can of course use the hdmi port to connect your streaming devices to the tv for Prime Video
