Beautiful little fisherman's house located right by Sønderrenden, the most idyllic place in Marstal. Marstal is a cozy town with shopping, cafes and restaurants. The house is located right down to the harbor, 400 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches, Eriks Hale and close to Marstal Maritime Museum, Motorfabrikken Marstal and good playgrounds. The house is suitable for couples or a small family. There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor has just been renovated and therefore looks nice and comfortable. The space The ground floor consists of two living rooms, a small living room, a large kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms - one with two beds and one with one bed. The house has a small cozy courtyard, where there is a building with a bathroom and washing machine. The house can be accessed via the main entrance, or via the courtyard, with access to the kitchen. The house has a good atmosphere. It has underfloor heating, internet, TV and washing machine.
