Whether you're here for fall colors, hunting season, or a family getaway, come slow down, spread out and make some lake memories together. The space Designed for families and groups, this two-level Lake Barkley home offers plenty of room to gather, spread out, and enjoy the lake. Both levels have walk-in access from the outside, making it easy for guests to come and go without navigating stairs at every entrance. With 5 bedrooms and room for up to 12 guests, there’s plenty of space for the whole crew! 🌅 Primary Suite – Upstairs Queen bed + the lake view everyone will secretly want. Wake up overlooking Lake Barkley, settle into the private sitting area with your morning coffee, or sneak away for a little quiet time. There’s also a large walk-in closet, so go ahead and unpack. 🛏️ Bedroom 2 – Upstairs Queen bed. Simple, comfortable, and ready for a good night’s sleep after a full day on the lake. 🛏️ Bedroom 3 – Upstairs One full bed + one twin bed. A great setup for parents with a child, siblings, or friends who don't necessarily want to share! 🛏️ Bedroom 4 – Upstairs Two twin beds - the classic “I like you, but I want my own bed” arrangement. 🪵 Bedroom 5 – Main Level Two bunk beds and all the sleepover vibes! This room is located on the main level, while the other four bedrooms are upstairs. With sleeping spaces on both levels, everyone can settle into the arrangement that works best for your group. 🚿 Bathrooms - Two Floors, Two Full Baths No need for the entire house to line up at one bathroom! There are 2 full bathrooms - one conveniently located on the main level and the other upstairs. 🎱 Living & Gathering The large living room was made for hanging out together. Lake-facing windows bring the outdoors in, while an electric fireplace, TV, comfortable gathering space, and pool table give you plenty of reasons to make memories. 🍳 Kitchen & Dining The kitchen connects directly to the dining area with table and island seating for up to 12 guests. Whether you're making a big family breakfast, packing lunches for the boat, or debating whose turn it is to cook dinner, there's room for the whole crew. Just off the kitchen, you'll also find a pantry and washer/dryer for guest use. ☕ The Screened Porch - You May Never Want to Leave This might just become your favorite “room” in the house. The massive screened-in porch overlooks the lake and features a table with seating for 12. Bring your morning coffee, serve dinner outside, break out the cards, or settle in for one of those long conversations that somehow happens when everyone finally slows down. Our advice? Don't rush the mornings out here. 🌳 Outside - You've Got Room to Roam Step outside and enjoy approximately half an acre of fenced roaming space surrounded by mature trees, wildlife, and beautiful lake scenery. There's room to stretch out, soak up some sunshine, watch for wildlife, or simply enjoy having a little breathing room. 🚤 On the Lake Lake Barkley is right outside your door, and you'll have your own private dock where guests can tie up their boat. Bringing the boat? The nearby boat launch is approximately 1.5 miles away. Caught dinner? There's even a fish-cleaning house ready for the day's catch. Prefer to stay on dry land? Stretch out on the large patio for sunbathing during the day, then come back after dark for some stargazing. There's also space to gather around the fire pit and enjoy an evening outside. ❤️ Together When You Want. Space When You Don't. That's one of our favorite things about this home. Gather all 12 around the table, challenge each other to pool, spend the afternoon on the dock, linger over coffee on the screened porch, sneak away to the primary sitting area with a book, or find your own quiet spot overlooking the water. There's plenty of room to be together and plenty of room to spread out. Guest access Guests have access to... -the entire home -Private dock and ability to tie up their boat -Screened porch, patio, fenced yard, and fish-cleaning house -Ample parking areas including boats availabe to guests -The lower narrow driveway is not for guest vehicles and remains chain-locked. -The garage is not available at this time. No covered parking. -The office under the staircase is locked and unaccessible to guests Other things to note Lake Level: Lake Barkley is part of the TVA-managed river system, and water levels fluctuate seasonally throughout the year. The lake typically experiences a gradual drawdown from summer into fall, so guests visiting during the fall and winter months should expect lower water levels than during peak summer season. Because lake levels can vary based on rainfall, weather conditions, and TVA operations, we recommend checking current conditions before your stay by searching "US Lakes Lake Barkley water levels." Property Terrain & Steps: The home sits on a sloped waterfront lot. Getting from the parking area to the house and from the house to the lake/dock involves an incline and multiple steps.
