The space Property Details Welcome to our comfortable guest home located on a working farm in Fresno, California. The home and designated outdoor areas are reserved for our guests and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Inside, you'll find comfortable sleeping spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry facilities—everything you need for a comfortable family or group stay. Step outside and enjoy your private fenced outdoor area, featuring a fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor dining and seating, covered ping-pong area, cornhole, and a children's playground. The guest home is part of a larger farm property; however, the working farm areas are not included in the rental. Guests should remain within the designated guest areas. The property is conveniently located along East Kings Canyon Road, making it easy to get on the road for day trips and adventures. Because of this convenient roadside location, some traffic noise may be heard, particularly while outdoors. Our home is a great base for families and groups visiting Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks or exploring the Fresno area. Please note: This is a farm-setting guest home rather than a secluded cabin or traditional farmhouse. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, private place where you can relax, enjoy the outdoor amenities, and make memories together. Guest access Guest Access Guests will have private access to the entire guest home and its designated fenced outdoor areas during their stay. You’ll be able to enjoy the home along with the outdoor amenities, including the fire pit, BBQ area, covered ping-pong area, outdoor seating and dining spaces, playground, and outdoor games. Parking is available on the property for registered guests. Please note that the home is located on a working farm, but the farmland, agricultural areas, equipment areas, and other private portions of the property are not included in the rental. For your safety, please remain within the designated guest areas. Our goal is to give you a comfortable and private space to relax, gather, and enjoy during your stay. Other things to note Other Details to Note Our guest home is located on a working farm and near a main road. While the guest house and designated outdoor areas are private for your stay, you may hear passing traffic, particularly while outdoors. Please keep in mind that the surrounding farmland, agricultural areas, equipment, and other private areas of the property are not part of the rental. Guests should remain within the designated guest areas. Fire Pit & BBQ: Available for guest enjoyment. Please use responsibly, never leave them unattended, and supervise children and pets around hot surfaces and open flames. Fire pit use may be restricted during high winds, unsafe conditions, or local burn restrictions. Playground: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Playground equipment and outdoor amenities are used at guests' own risk. Hot Weather: Fresno summers can be very hot. Playground equipment, patio furniture, and other outdoor surfaces exposed to the sun may become extremely hot and could cause burns. Always check surfaces before use, especially for children. Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, clean up after them, and supervise them outdoors. Smoking & Vaping: Not permitted inside the home. Smoking and vaping are allowed outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts safely. Farm Environment: As with any country/farm setting, guests may occasionally encounter dust, insects, farm activity, agricultural sounds, or seasonal odors.
