Mickey and I set this house up to be the summer place we'd want ourselves — somewhere a family or group can land for a week or settle in for the whole month. Sleeps 10 across 4 bedrooms plus a basement pull-out, with a game room, big deck, and fire pit. Fully fenced yard — bring the dogs, off-leash is fine. Half a mile to the Cross Lake boat launch, a quick bike ride to downtown restaurants and the brewery, an hour up I-35 from the Twin Cities. Monthly stays: $3,500 flat, no cleaning fee.
