A free to use (00:00 - 05:00) Zappi Type 2, tethered 7.4 kw EV charger is now installed. The space A modern property built in 2017 contains all facilities for a family or friends holiday. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Two en-suite shower rooms and a downstairs toilet/sink with washer/dryer. Bedding and towels supplied. Central heating using energy efficient air source heating. The house is directly opposite Sheringham golf club with the Norfolk Steam Railway running at the bottom of the road and access to the coastal path via the golf course's permissive path. Excellent location for town being just outside but with a Budgens outlet only 2 minutes away. Sheringham has a Tesco but also loads of local traditional shops such as bakers, butchers and greengrocers. Sheringham market takes place every Wednesday and Saturday nearby. Sheringham itself is small enough to be charming but always has lots going on such as the 1940s weekend in September, the steam railway and lots of events through the summer. Guest access Whole house. Access to the garage via rear door for bike or sports equipment storage (i.e. car storage in garage not possible) Other things to note Non smoking property. Air source central heating (underfloor on ground floor), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Note that the property has two en-suite shower rooms but there is no bath in the property. For golfers, we have 2 push trolleys in the garage which are available for guest use.
