Exceptionally located house in a small private development beside Kelly's Resort Hotel & Spa. The house has a private sun drenched patio plus a communal garden with gated access to the beach. Enclosed free parking for two cars. The space South-east facing sun filled open plan kitchen, dining/living area. Front reception room with Smart TV. Utility has separate WM and dryer. Downstairs Cloakroom/WC. The master ensuite and the second double bedroom both enjoy sea views. Third bedroom has 2 single beds. Main bathroom with bath and separate shower. The private patio has an outside shower, garden furniture and BBQ (summer months). The communal garden has gated access to the beach. Guest access Entire house Other things to note June, July & August - minimum stay of 1 week, Saturday to Saturday.
