The space Bedrooms: Room 1 has one double bed. Room 2 has one single bed and a bunk bed. Room 3 has one single bed and a bunk bed. Room 4 has one single bed. A crib is available upon request. Living Areas: The living room features a comfortable sofa, TV, stereo system, and board games. The dining room has a table that seats 9 people. Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, various kitchen utensils, and a table that seats four. Bathrooms: There is one bathroom on the second floor with a toilet, sink, and shower. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a toilet and sink. Laundry Room: The basement laundry room has a washing machine and dryer. Additional Features: The house has electric heating, a 1000 m² natural plot, mixed furnishings, and a view of the water. It is a non-smoking house and has parking for several cars. Important: Please note that there is a steep staircase to the second floor.
