The space WELCOME to the Back 40 Hideaway! Escape to The Back 40 Hideaway, a brand-new, spacious shouse in Huron, SD, where comfort, privacy, and plenty of room to relax come together. Our 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom hideaway is perfect for families, groups, and guests visiting in Huron for the SD State Fair, races, weddings, family reunions, hunting trips, sporting events, or simply a getaway. With 4 king beds, 1 Queen bed and 4 twin XL beds, there's room for everyone to settle in and feel at home. Enjoy the privacy of having the entire space to yourselves, with a full kitchen, comfortable living area, dining space, and plenty of room to spread out. Being brand-new, The Back 40 Hideaway offers a clean, fresh, and comfortable place to stay while giving you the feeling of your own little home away from home. Conveniently located in Huron, you'll be close to local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and within reasonable walking distance to the SD State Fairgrounds, while still having a peaceful place to unwind after a busy day. Whether you're here for an event-filled weekend or a longer stay, we'd love to have you kick back, relax, and make yourself at HOME at The Back 40 Hideaway. Guest access Guests have full private access to The Back 40 Hideaway during their stay. The entire 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom shouse is yours to enjoy, including the full kitchen, living room, dining area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and all other interior spaces. Guests will have access to the outdoor areas surrounding the property. You will have your own private space to relax, come and go as you please, and enjoy your stay. The property is located on our own private property, but your accommodations are completely separate and private. We're nearby if you need anything, but will give you the space and privacy to enjoy your stay! There are a few outdoor attractions, such as a children's play set, trampoline and sandbox. You are welcome to use that if you have littles during your stay with us. These attractions are right out your front door. We are not responsible for any accidents on any of the play sites. Please play responsibly. 😊 Other things to note WE WELCOME HUNTERS! We have a special wash bay with a sink and table located right inside the shop to clean birds and house your pups after a long days work out in the field! We have fur babies of our own, we just ask that you keep the place clean and tidy around them. We understand messes happen, but we trust that you’ll clean up. Please keep your fur babies kenneled when you’re not watching them. We DO NOT allow dogs inside of the house. They are welcome to be kenneled in the shop area and can certainly stretch their legs inside the shop areas for a few moments as well. Thanks for your understanding and helping us keep the place clean & amazing! The Back 40 Hideaway is a brand-new shouse located on our private property. While the accommodations are completely private and separate for our guests, you may occasionally see us around the property. We're located in a peaceful country-style setting, so you may hear the normal sounds of rural living from time to time. The house is designed with larger groups in mind, making it a great option for families and friends traveling together. With five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and plenty of living space, there's room to relax and enjoy your stay. If you're visiting Huron for the South Dakota State Fair, or racing, wedding, hunting trip, sporting event, or another local event, we are happy to host you!
