Small house close to the beach

My place is close to SPORTICA, beach accessible on foot, Platier d'Oye and its nature reserve, Gravelines ~ seaside resort accessible by canoe, 20 minutes from Cap Blanc-Nez and Cap Gris-Nez, Bergues..., bakery, butcher shop less than 2 minutes walk. You'll love this duplex because of the high ceilings. My place is good for couples, business travelers (near: Gravelines CNPE nuclear power plant less than 15 minutes away, and the LNG port), and families. The space The accommodation was renovated in February 2026. Beds made upon arrival. Bath towels upon request. Wi-Fi Guest access The whole house Other things to note 10 minutes from the ESPE iufm of Gravelines, the CNPE nuclear power plant, 15 minutes from the LNG port, large Duplex apartment (house without courtyard or garden) of 80 m2 fully furnished, ideal for 3 couples but can accommodate an additional 4th couple on the sofa bed (Not recommended). On the ground floor 12 m2 equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner gas stove and hood, toaster, Senseo, dishes, dish towel, sponge, extra washing machine. 15 m2 dining room (sideboard, table, chairs) 15 m2 living room (TV cabinet, TV, sofa bed, coffee table) small bathroom with shower and semi-grinder (toiletries on request) 1st floor 2 bedrooms: # 1 bedroom (dressing room, 160 cm bed with duvet pillows and bed linen (2 bedside tables and lamps, TV with Amazon and Netflix) # 2 bedroom (140 cm bed with duvet pillows and bed linen, bedside tables with lamps) 2nd floor: a very large bedroom with a dressing room and a 140 cm bed and a TV with Amazon and Netflix. little extra: fully furnished Gas, electricity and water charges included in the price as well as internet (readjustment if excessive consumption) parking 200 m away close to shops, butcher shop, bakery, pharmacy... less than 2 minutes on foot close to the beach, the Platier d'Oye, the Sportica sports complex, Super U, gas station, Lidl, McDonald's...
