Relax outside under the beautiful patio pergola or hang out in our unique indoor/outdoor garage lounge. Tucked into a quiet lakeside community in Winthrop Harbor, our newly updated 3-bedroom ranch is designed for effortless family getaways, Great Lakes Naval Base visits, and Lake Michigan boat trips. ​Where You'll Rest: • The Egret Suite: Sophisticated primary bedroom featuring a plush Queen bed. • Bedroom 2: Bright and restful second bedroom with a Queen bed. • Bedroom 3: Cozy single twin room—ideal for kids or solo guests (a Pack 'n Play and twin air mattress are also tucked in the primary closet). ​Indoor & Outdoor Hangouts: • The Garage Lounge: Our signature hangout! Converted with custom corrugated metal detailing and comfortable lounge seating—open the door to catch the lake breeze. • Pergola Patio: A spacious concrete patio beneath a wooden pergola, perfect for morning coffee or outdoor family dinners. • Living Room: Open layout filled with natural light, comfortable seating, and smart entertainment. ​Kitchen & Beverage Bar: A fully equipped modern farmhouse kitchen with a deep apron sink and professional-grade range. Features a dedicated morning coffee bar and a built-in wine chiller to wind down your evenings. ​Convenience for Extended Stays: Dedicated laundry room equipped with a full-size washer, dryer, and utility sink—perfect for freshening up beach towels, uniforms, or travel gear. Guest access Guests have full use of the Home, Driveway, Yard and the Indoor/Outdoor spaces. Pack N Play and twin air mattress available in the primary bedroom. Please return when done. Other things to note A Peaceful Neighborhood Retreat: The North Ranch is tucked into a quiet, welcoming residential community with families and young children. To protect the peaceful neighborhood vibe, outdoor quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We ask that after 10:00 PM, evening activities move indoors so our neighbors can rest easy. ​Family & Relaxation First: We take pride in hosting families, couples, and travelers seeking a comfortable Lake Michigan getaway.
