The Annex

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the heart of South Devon countryside. Nature lovers, bird watchers, walkers and cyclists flock to the area of beautiful countryside on our doorstep. The Annex is a quirky self contained apartment with fully equipped kitchen, shower room and conservatory to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a small private patio, use of our garden and off street parking. Exeter, Dawlish, Teignmouth are all within easy reach. The space The Annex has it's own private entrance via a small courtyard behind the main house. Step into a bright comfortable conservatory where there is space for hanging coats, a comfortable chair and a table. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, single induction hob, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster and sink. There is crockery, cutlery, saucepans and tea and coffee as well as clean tea towels and washing up liquid and laundry sheets. The bedroom is cozy. It has a standard single bed and a small wardrobe with hangers. There is a TV. Off the bedroom is the shower room which is supplied with freshly laundered towels, shower gel and hand soap. There is a 2 pin socket for razor or electric toothbrush charger. There is WiFi available. Phone coverage is sometimes patchy depending on your network. While we are in the gorgeous Devon countryside, we are opposite a busy working farm which can mean animal and machinery noise from time to time. We own a cat, Matamba. He may come to visit you in the Annex if you leave the door open, although he is quite shy and you may never see him.
