Whether you’re visiting family, attending an event at The Bend, heading to Monarto Safari Park, spending the weekend on the Murray River or travelling for work, Nori Estate will offer the comfort of a full-sized home with the convenience of being just five minutes from town. Sleeping up to six guests, the home features three spacious bedrooms, a separate rumpus room with board games and toys, a fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living area designed for relaxing together after a day of exploring. You will love the little extras that make a stay easier, including room-controlled ducted heating and cooling, a spa bath for winding down, built-in robes in every bedroom and spacious interiors with wide doorways and accessibility features throughout. Bringing a boat, trailer or multiple vehicles? The long driveway and generous parking make Nori Estate a practical choice for water skiers, car trailers and longer stays. It’s fresh, modern and thoughtfully equipped, Nori Estate is more than just somewhere to sleep — it’s a comfortable home away from home while you experience everything Murray Bridge and the Murraylands have to offer. We can’t wait to host you! Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home throughout their stay. This includes all three bedrooms, the games room, open-plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with spa bath, separate toilet, laundry with washing machine and dryer, and off-street parking. The driveway provides ample space for multiple vehicles, including boats, trailers and work vehicles. Self check-in allows you to arrive at a time that suits you and make yourself at home from the moment you arrive. Other things to note • Nori Estate is located in a quiet cul-de-sac within Murray Bridge’s newest residential area, offering a peaceful setting with minimal passing traffic. • The home has been thoughtfully designed with wide internal spaces and a spacious bathroom, making it more comfortable for guests with mobility considerations. Please note there is currently a small step at the front entrance, however a portable access ramp is being arranged. • The property is not pet friendly, as the backyard is not fully enclosed. • Parking is available on-site, with ample space for multiple vehicles, boats, trailers and work vehicles. • For the comfort of all guests and neighbours, parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted. • Self check-in is available, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits your travel plans.
