Gite Relais du Saussay 4-person cottage in the countryside

1 fully equipped chalet, 4/6 places in a quiet and green setting close to a large forest and fishing ponds 500 m away, possibility of taking beautiful walks in the forest on a marked path at the foot of the chalet "circuit du cheval de Pierre", mountain biking or petanque. The town of Falaise is 5 km away with Guillaume's castle. 20 km from the Swiss Normandy Pont d'Ouilly and Clécy, close to Caen 35 km, 45 km from the Ouistreham sea and Cabourg 55 km, landing beaches 60 km away. The space The cottage is 36 m2 - 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm bunk beds, pillows and blankets. - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, towels provided. - 1 kitchenette equipped with fridge + freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker and dishes. - 1 living room with 2 armchairs, 1 sofa bed and 2 nightstands + 1 140 cm wall bed. 1 TV, 1 vacuum cleaner, cleaning kit. There are no sheets provided at the gîte. I charge €5 per person for the stay. The complete kit is €15 for 1 stay of 1 to 2 people. It includes sheets + pillowcases, bathroom linen and kitchen linen. Guest access To access the cottage: The relais du SAUSSAY in Pertheville-Ners, you must enter the place called LE SAUSSAY, chemin du bois. There are 3 cottages: Les Pommiers, Les Sapins and Les Fresnes. The accommodations are individual, surrounded by natural hedges with parking. A terrace with garden furniture and parasol, BBQ.
