The space There is a well equipped large kitchen/dining room suitable for home cooking and family gatherings. Leading to the secluded garden with bbq, fire pit and numerous seating options ideal for alfresco dining, The bedrooms offer flexible accommodation with: Master suite located on the first floor with its own bathroom, featuring shower and free standing bath. There is a Super king bed and small balcony overlooking the garden and field beyond. Bedroom 2. Located on the ground floor with shower room and double bed. Double doors leading to the garden. Bedroom 3 Bedsit/studio over barn style garage with en-suite shower room, small kitchen sink and tea/coffee making facilities. Private entrance. Enjoy a cosy evening with log burner in the Oak framed living room featuring apex ceiling and windows. Relax after a busy day. Guest access There is one bedroom on the first floor that is locked and kept for private use. One of the two wardrobes in the Master room will be locked as this contains my private possessions. Other things to note Oak Down Cottage is my home. Please treat it with the same love as I do. Please be kind to my neighbours by keeping noise levels down after midnight.
