Roots Retreat & Camping Resort is an unique Eco-Tourisme site located between Kampala and Entebbe. There are 6 Self-contained bandas ($25 p.p.p.n) and 4 Executive Tents ($15 p.p.p.n) amid a forest. Prices include breakfast. Nature walks, bird watching and fishing among other amenities available. Live entertainment by Mizizi Ensemble on Saturday evening. The space Roots Retreat and Camping Resort is an unique hide-out away from the buzzing city of Kampala. Amid a forest there are 6 self-contained bandas and 4 executive tents with shared facilities. The main building houses a well-stocked bar and restaurant. While walking around the forest you may spot the red-tailed monkey jumping from tree to tree. Feel free to relax at one of the several spots created in the forest. On Saturday Evening there is live entertainment by Mizizi Ensemble, giving you the best of Ugandas traditional music, comedy and contemporary dances.
