Tranquility in leafy suburbia

Large double bedroom in a 3-bed house in a quiet residential district of south Birmingham. Very quiet and selfcontained. View of a lovely garden from the window. Complementary tea and coffee station with selection of herbal teas. A double bed has a firm orthopaedic mattress with soft topper specially designed to help those with bad backs get a good night's sleep. The space The room has its own private shower room and toilet so your privacy is assured. Towels are provided. There is a lock on the bedroom door to assure you of your security. There is also space for you to park on the drive. II live in the house and there may be other guests as well but we will respect your privacy in the room although you may meet others around the house. I will greet you at the front door on your arrival to let you in and give you the keys, or give you access to the keysafe if i'm not going to be in. Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen, lounge and dining area, and the garden/patio, but please be aware other guests may use these areas too. The kitchen has a microwave and a small fridge but no freezer. I would appreciate it if you only use the kitchen to heat meals, not to actually cook. During your stay I'm always happy to help with directions, suggestions for attractions, and recommendations for local places to eat and drink. Other things to note Free wifi available. There is no television anywhere in the property.
